Salary: €66,065 – €188,848 (varies by experience and location)

What you will do
- Identify acquisition targets by combining market trends, sector research, and data analysis.
- Build rigorous financial models to assess value drivers, growth potential, and risks.
- Transform operational and market insights into clear investment theses and capital allocation recommendations.
- Engage and negotiate with founders to reach mutually beneficial deal outcomes.
- Refine and automate the sourcing and prioritization process using AI and proprietary insights.
Requirements
- Strong first-principles reasoning and ability to solve complex structural problems.
- High level of ambition, initiative, and tenacity in executing tasks.
- Collaborative mindset and reliability within small, autonomous teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work from the Milan office for the first few months.
