What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and operational processes.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Support the design and optimization of systems, tools, and workflows, including AI-enabled processes.
- Create accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using data and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Development) and contribute to QA activities.
Requirements
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in creating process documentation, specifically As-Is and To-Be models.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Broad technical understanding of various platforms, tools, and methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with UML or similar modeling approaches.
- Experience with software testing or test automation.
- Relevant professional certifications or academic education.
