What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and operational processes.
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
  • Support the design and optimization of systems, tools, and workflows, including AI-enabled processes.
  • Create accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using data and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Development) and contribute to QA activities.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in creating process documentation, specifically As-Is and To-Be models.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Broad technical understanding of various platforms, tools, and methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with UML or similar modeling approaches.
  • Experience with software testing or test automation.
  • Relevant professional certifications or academic education.
