TL;DR
Senior Implementation Consultant (Fintech): Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of treasury and risk management solutions for global clients with an accent on business process automation and liquidity optimization. Focus on delivering complex solution blueprints, driving client workshops, and serving as a subject matter expert to ensure successful project delivery.
Location: Must be commutable to the Warsaw office 2x per week
Salary: zł206,100 – zł260,700

What you will do
- Lead solution design workshops and deliver comprehensive blueprints for client implementations.
- Configure and test workflows within the application to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide go-live support and lead training sessions for client teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex design resolutions and implementation challenges.
- Apply project management best practices to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80% while continuously developing expertise in treasury systems.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management systems, or professional services.
- Must be commutable to the Warsaw office location 2x per week.
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or business-related fields.
- Proven ability to design innovative solutions and solve complex business problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Experience with TMS, SaaS, ERP, or financial systems is highly preferred.
