What you will do

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map customer workflows, KPIs, and existing financial systems.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations for diverse personas, including CFOs and finance teams.
• Act as the technical authority during the sales cycle, evaluating integration and scalability needs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Key Account Managers to drive deal execution and enterprise growth.
• Scope implementation requirements to ensure configurations are feasible and aligned with customer goals.
• Communicate product insights and customer feedback to internal engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Consultant role within SaaS fintech or ERP-related companies.
• Strong background in financial systems, accounting processes, and ERP workflows like AP/AR and expense management.
• English fluency required; proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus.
• Proven ability to conduct technical discovery and deliver high-impact, customized product demos.
• Experience navigating complex deal cycles with enterprise-level clients.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
