Salary: $104,500 – $208,150 (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the annual Strategic Planning Conference and Board of Directors meetings.
• Facilitate key monthly strategy engagements with senior executives, including Strategy Council and VP-level meetings.
• Manage operational deliverables such as weekly staff meetings, corporate strategy budgets, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead the integration of AI tools and automated processes into the Corporate Strategy workflow.
• Develop and present high-quality strategic recommendations and briefing materials for C-suite executives.
• Partner with multi-functional organizations to drive strategy-project outcomes and ensure accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Strategy Development, Market Assessments, or Strategic Planning.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, visually compelling executive-level briefing materials (PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-tempo, ambiguous environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience working cross-functionally with executive leadership.
