What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business area such as Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Define critical business problems and formulate clear hypotheses before conducting data analysis.
• Design experiments, build reports, and define metrics to move key business KPIs.
• Surface data insights and bring actionable recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to materially change the trajectory of the business.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull and interpret data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada.
