Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Salary: $189K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on strategic planning, territory models, and GTM priorities.
• Analyze pipeline health, customer trends, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform recommendations.
• Manage forecasting, business reviews, and executive reporting to improve operational visibility.
• Develop and operationalize GTM growth strategies for new products, customer motions, and market opportunities.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operating cadences to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Data teams to improve sales productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets to drive business decisions.
• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting rhythms.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for creating executive-ready materials.
• Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA.
