GTM Strategy & Operations (AI): Driving systems, insights, and operating rhythms to scale Enterprise revenue growth with an accent on strategic planning and operationalizing GTM initiatives. Focus on analyzing business performance, managing sales cadences, and developing scalable processes to accelerate growth.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days/week in office). Must be based in or able to relocate to the US.

Salary: $189K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with Digital Native Sales leadership on strategic planning, territory models, and GTM priorities.
• Analyze pipeline health, customer trends, and sales funnel metrics to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
• Support forecasting, business reviews, and executive reporting to improve visibility across the Enterprise business.
• Develop and operationalize GTM growth strategies for new products and market opportunities across Enterprise subsegments.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operating cadences to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Data teams to execute high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, BizOps, Management Consulting, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets to generate business insights.
• Experience supporting GTM operating rhythms, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for creating executive-ready materials.
• Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work model.
