TL;DR

Senior Director/VP of Sales (AI): Building the entire commercial motion for Marty AI from zero to one with an accent on self-sourced pipeline generation and closing middle-market deals. Focus on translating analytical data findings into financial impact for CFOs and COOs of multi-unit restaurant groups.

Location: Tampa, FL preferred. Remote considered for the right candidate, but in-person time with the CEO is expected.

hirify.global is building an autonomous restaurant operating system that unifies operations and finance for high-growth restaurant groups.

What you will do

  • Build and execute the end-to-end sales cycle, from list-building and outbound sequences to closing.
  • Source pipeline via trigger events using tools like Clay and Sales Navigator.
  • Run discovery and close audit engagements, converting them into long-term subscriptions.
  • Document win/loss patterns to create the company's first sales playbook.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape pricing, packaging, and overall GTM strategy.
  • Recruit and build the sales team once the commercial motion is validated.

Requirements

  • Must be a proven hunter with a history of self-generating pipeline without inbound support.
  • Experience closing middle-market deals in the $100,000 – $300,000 ACV range.
  • Background selling analytical software, fintech, or business performance tools.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized, high-conversion outbound messages.
  • Ability to operate in a founder-led, "zero-to-one" environment without existing infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into multi-unit restaurant groups or hospitality operators.
  • Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Domo, Looker) or workforce analytics (e.g., Anaplan, Visier).
  • Existing network of CFOs or COOs at restaurant groups with 10–200 locations.
