What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business goals.
  • Drive activity within the current client base to generate opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
  • Create and execute strategic reviews to identify and pursue marketing services upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and SaaS Account Management teams to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Background in the sale of SEO, digital ads, and website services.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Telephony solutions such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities.
