Compensation: $90,000–$109,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business goals.
- Drive activity within the current client base to generate opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Create and execute strategic reviews to identify and pursue marketing services upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and SaaS Account Management teams to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within SMB and mid-market segments.
- Background in the sale of SEO, digital ads, and website services.
- Proficiency in CRM and Telephony solutions such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities.
