Salary: $110,000–$161,000

What you will do

  • Build and run a proactive case study, reference, and G2 review-site strategy.
  • Manage customer community programs, including Slack communities and Customer Advisory Boards.
  • Synthesize and distribute voice-of-customer insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Demand Gen on lifecycle-based cross-sell and upsell campaigns.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building customer advocacy programs from the ground up.
  • Experience with pipeline metrics, campaign design, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to operate independently.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing community platforms and advocacy tooling.
  • Familiarity with RevOps and pipeline attribution for expansion.
  • Background in multi-product SaaS or SPM/ICM-adjacent industries.
