What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and lead multiple concurrent integration projects.
• Design and implement technical solutions involving SSO, APIs, and flat file data exchanges.
• Act as a trusted advisor on solution architecture and complex use cases.
• Perform solution audits to identify opportunities for improved platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align technical delivery with business value.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical account management, or customer-facing technical support.
• Proven experience implementing SaaS platforms, particularly in HRTech, LMS, or enterprise software.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, SSO, and system integration troubleshooting processes.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise customers in the learning or HR technology domains.
• Familiarity with platform adoption strategies and optimization approaches.
