Technical Consultant / Integrations Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Monterrey, Montevideo, Rosario, or remote from Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and multiple concurrent projects.
• Advise customers on complex use cases, solution architecture, and platform adoption.
• Lead integrations with SSO, APIs, REST systems, flat files, and third-party platforms.
• Conduct solution audits and recommend improvements to adoption and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams on tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, deliver professional services engagements, and contribute to internal best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, or customer-facing technical support.
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms, preferably in HR technology, learning management, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SSO, system integrations, and troubleshooting processes.
• Experience managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise customers in learning or HR technology.
• Familiarity with platform adoption and optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Workato.
