TL;DR

Renewal Manager (SaaS): Driving the renewal process for strategic enterprise customers with an accent on revenue maximization, commercial negotiation, and account expansion. Focus on managing complex commercial terms for deals between $100k and $1M and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office). Available offices: London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, or Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Manage approximately 100 strategic customer renewals per year.
  • Execute consultative discovery to uncover expansion opportunities and negotiate multi-year subscriptions.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, professional services, and sales teams to maximize revenue per renewal event.
  • Draft proposals and contracts and drive them to final signatures.
  • Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly renewal forecasts within SFDC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Renewals, or Enterprise Account Management.
  • Proven track record of negotiating deals ranging from $100k to $1M with complex commercial terms.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve decision-making and impact.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with consumption-based or variable demand pricing models is a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in or able to work from a hirify.global office in Europe (hybrid).
