Renewal Manager (SaaS): Driving the renewal process for strategic enterprise customers with an accent on revenue maximization, commercial negotiation, and account expansion. Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office). Available offices: London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, or Warsaw.

What you will do
- Manage approximately 100 strategic customer renewals per year.
- Execute consultative discovery to uncover expansion opportunities and negotiate multi-year subscriptions.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, professional services, and sales teams to maximize revenue per renewal event.
- Draft proposals and contracts and drive them to final signatures.
- Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly renewal forecasts within SFDC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Renewals, or Enterprise Account Management.
- Proven track record of negotiating deals ranging from $100k to $1M with complex commercial terms.
- Growth mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve decision-making and impact.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with consumption-based or variable demand pricing models is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or able to work from a office in Europe (hybrid).
