• Own the renewal lifecycle by negotiating and finalizing subscriptions with customer decision-makers and end-users.
• Drive client retention and revenue expansion within an assigned book of business.

• Develop and implement strategic customer retention and expansion initiatives.
• Analyze renewal data and customer feedback to optimize the renewal process and customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success.
• Proven track record of achieving high renewal rates and revenue retention.
• Strong understanding of business success drivers across various industry sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform business strategies.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in Australia.
