TL;DR

Location: Based in Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $106,800 – $160,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end NPI supply planning from early prototype through qualification and into high-volume manufacturing (HVM) ramp.
  • Develop and maintain detailed material requirements, build schedules, and capacity commitments aligned to program milestones.
  • Manage part setup and BOM execution in Oracle ERP, ensuring data integrity from design release to production handoff.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain interface for the Program Management Office (PMO) and Engineering organizations.
  • Lead cross-functional program reviews and present NPI portfolio health and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.
  • Manage external suppliers, including foundries and OSATs, to mitigate cycle time and capacity risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, NPI planning, or operations.
  • Expertise in BOM management and ERP data governance (Oracle or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Semiconductor supply chain experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
