Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office; remote-only contracts are not offered.

What you will do

• Execute the DACH VC and startup ecosystem strategy to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Develop and manage end-to-end partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and founder communities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align ecosystem activities with commercial priorities and revenue targets.
• Create and localize ecosystem content, event narratives, and co-branded programs for the DACH market.
• Track and analyze partnership performance to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
• Act as the local voice of the startup ecosystem to inform regional and global planning.

Requirements

• Significant experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, or business development in fintech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building relationships that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in English; German language capability is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work from the Berlin office three days per week.
• Experience working within or closely with the startup and VC ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret funnel performance data.

• Prior experience in a VC firm, portfolio support role, or venture-backed startup.
• Existing professional networks across DACH venture capital and founder communities.
• Familiarity with modern GTM tools, CRM, and partner management platforms.
