What you will do

• Partner with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver advertising campaign support.
• Manage and master tools including SFDC/Tarmac, hirify.global DMP, Tableau, Prisma, and other systems used for campaign execution.
• Support campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, including creative asset QA, tag mapping, and measurement setup.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, flag critical data to leads, and provide actionable insights for upselling and renewals.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues with teams such as Ad Operations, Billing, and Measurement.
• Create post-campaign wrap reports and ensure accurate pipeline management and timely IO processing for launches.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to external clients (e.g., wrap reports, pacing updates, or billing deliverables).
• Comfort managing tier 3 accounts end-to-end with minimal support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solving, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
