What you will do

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of business as the primary point of contact.
• Serve in an advisory capacity to help clients navigate insurance needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Client Executives to manage the renewal process and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Conduct needs analysis and strategy calls to ensure service deliverables meet expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities to grow the book of business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
• Prior experience at an agency, brokerage, or in an underwriting role.
• Current Property & Casualty license.
• Thorough knowledge of Commercial Insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be based in or able to work in Langhorne, PA.
