Salary: USD 55,000 - USD 58,000 per year (overtime eligible)

What you will do

• Maintain and monitor upfront and scatter deals in the order management system.
• Serve as the first line of contact to ensure proper maintenance of advertisers’ schedules.
• Schedule commercials, coordinate client brand allocations, reconcile account discrepancies, and send flowcharts/change notices.
• Steward deals by monitoring delivery and providing recap packages as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Planner, Account Executive, and Marketing to ensure marketing elements are booked and executed correctly.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and adjustments.

Requirements

• Hybrid schedule: work from the office Monday–Thursday (onsite) and work remotely on Friday; minimum four office days per week.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
