What you will do
- Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure seamless delivery of content to distribution outlets.
- Support brand/client engagement for day-to-day publication, acting as an escalation point for programming changes, content issues, revisions, and special requests.
- Maintain operational rigor across the digital supply chain from inbound delivery to outbound deliveries to multiplatform partners.
- Process and deliver features, trailers, and episodic content using multiple media asset management systems.
- Research content availability, assist with backfill, track ingest status, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, participate in daily/weekly meetings, and provide regular order updates with escalation as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and relevant certification or Associate's Degree in Media/Communications, or equivalent experience in broadcast, digital, or post production.
- Solid understanding of television production and broadcast operations, and/or news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements.
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends, nights, and holidays (with notice) to meet 24/7 operational needs.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- 1+ years client-facing customer service experience.
- 1+ years experience with strong computer skills, communication (verbal & written), and facilitation.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with troubleshooting and process skills.
- Experience with a media asset management system.
- Bachelor's or 2-year degree in Communications or Media.
