What you will do

• Manage financial aspects of manufacturing processes including budgeting and cost analysis.
• Support month-end financial close and analyze variances and trends.
• Develop financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Drive system automation and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Partner with site operations and finance teams to ensure process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial process requirements and legal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting (0 years for Master's degree).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP or Microsoft Excel.
