What you will do

• Support financial modeling for revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and cost analysis.
• Prepare materials for Board and investor reporting, including variance analysis.
• Maintain and improve dashboards for leadership visibility into core operating metrics.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on go-to-market planning and pipeline analysis.
• Contribute to fundraising and strategic finance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through AI tool integration.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• High agency and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their application in finance.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
