Salary: $71,410 - $107,110

What you will do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting and control activities.
• Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage raw accounting functions, including inventory reporting and harvest support.
• Maintain fixed asset modules and track capital spending.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and provide financial support to plant departments.
• Assist in internal and external audits and support ERP system implementation.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field required.
• 3+ years of general business and financial experience.
• Fundamental understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software tools.
