TL;DR

Sales Operations & Business Development Manager (Cloud): Building and managing the operational infrastructure for the Technology Business Unit with an accent on CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and partner program machinery. Focus on automating manual processes, driving sales enablement, and ensuring data integrity across AWS and Azure ecosystems.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: 130,000 CAD/year + 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Own pipeline reporting, forecasting, and the weekly sales review cadence.
  • Manage CRM administration, data integrity, and integration layers across the GTM stack.
  • Build and enforce opportunity management frameworks, stage definitions, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and run partner operations, including AWS ACE/APN programs and Azure CSP resale processes.
  • Automate manual operational workflows and manage the contract administration lifecycle (SOW, NDA, GSA).
  • Lead sales enablement efforts, including onboarding and playbook maintenance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Proven experience in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a cloud professional services or AWS/Microsoft partner environment.
  • Deep understanding of the public cloud ecosystem and hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft partner programs.
  • Strong CRM administration skills (Hubspot/Salesforce) and proficiency in BI/reporting tools.
  • Ability to build scalable processes from scratch and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong data discipline and ability to maintain clear process documentation.
