What you will do

• Manage the sales operating cadence, including commissions, quota tracking, and deal desk support.
• Deliver actionable analyses on pipeline health, capacity planning, and segment performance.
• Partner with sales leadership to implement strategic recommendations and GTM experiments.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using an AI-forward stack.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and CS teams.
• Grow into ownership of target account strategy and book-of-business planning.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in sales ops, rev ops, or strategy within B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of turning complex data into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Fluency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and BI tools.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools in a professional workflow.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
• Must be based in the Americas to align with operational requirements.
