Location: Must be based in Canhirify.global (Remote-first with in-person friendly options).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the technology and cloud alliance strategy to maximize revenue and strategic impact.
  • Manage co-sell and co-market programs with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, including marketplace listings and joint pipeline generation.
  • Own relationships with key technology partners like CRM and CCaaS platforms to develop joint solutions and GTM plays.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic partnerships, developing joint business plans with clear revenue targets and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cloud marketplace strategy, ensuring optimal positioning, funding programs, and deal registration processes.
  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to integrate alliance strategy into field execution and define rules of engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technology alliances, cloud partnerships, or business development.
  • 3–4 years of experience managing hyperscaler relationships (AWS or Azure).
  • Proven track record driving co-sell revenue through cloud marketplace programs.
  • Deep understanding of hyperscaler partner ecosystems, funding programs, and partner economics.
  • Experience managing technology alliances with enterprise software platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–35% for partner meetings and industry events.
