Location: Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, or the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and mentor BDR team members to identify and create qualified opportunities.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback through weekly 1:1s to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development leadership to refine opportunity management and qualification processes.
- Partner with Marketing and Events teams to execute targeted ad campaigns and field events.
- Work with Regional Sales Directors to identify and develop key company accounts.
- Develop effective messaging for outbound communications in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, or the Netherlands.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development Management.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Understanding of B2B software, Open Source, and the developer product space.

- Experience with sales operations or marketing automation software.
