About the Role and the Project:
The company is an IT/SaaS product operating in the affiliate and performance marketing space. The product is used by clients across Europe, Latin America, and the CIS region. The product is a SaaS platform for managing affiliate programs, partner traffic, and performance marketing activities. This is a hands-on Head of Sales position, where the main focus is personal sales. You will be responsible for closing deals personally, working with inbound and outbound leads, conducting demos and negotiations, while also managing a small team of 4 BDMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally close deals through outbound and inbound sales
- Work with cold leads as the main acquisition channel
- Conduct demo calls and negotiations with potential clients
- Build relationships with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Dive into the technical details of the SaaS product
- Participate in industry conferences when relevant
- Contribute to revenue growth through personal sales performance
- Manage and support a team of 4 BDMs
- Set tasks and control execution
- Track team performance and sales funnel metrics
- Analyze sales results and identify areas for improvement
- Optimize sales scripts, workflows, and processes
- Help improve conversion rates across the funnel
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Strong background in B2B / IT / SaaS sales
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- Experience managing a small sales team
- Strong hands-on approach — readiness to sell personally
- Ability to conduct demos, negotiate, and close deals independently
- Experience working with CRM systems and task trackers
- Strong ownership, proactivity, and result orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS / product environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in affiliate marketing / performance marketing
- Experience with iGaming, crypto, e-commerce, or related verticals
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience working in smaller SaaS / IT companies
- Background as a BDM who later moved into a lead role
