What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects across the Group to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and exco members to define business challenges and opportunities.
• Apply innovative thinking and strategic frameworks to solve key business questions.
• Perform complex financial and commercial analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Project manage individual strategic workstreams and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Influence key stakeholders across the organization to implement impactful changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Proven expertise in strategic problem-solving frameworks and project management.
• Strong commercial and financial analytics skills, including quantitative modelling.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a high-performing team environment.
