Manager, Business Consulting, Value Realization Services (AI): Leading complex consulting engagements that deliver enterprise-wide transformation, customer experience improvement, and AI-driven value realization with an accent on measurable business outcomes, sovereign cloud alignment, and executive stakeholder engagement. Focus on designing transformation roadmaps, implementing change across people, process, and technology, and driving adoption, governance, and ROI for CX and AI solutions.

What you will do

  • Lead VRS consulting teams and manage large-scale engagements across CX, AI, workforce optimisation, digital, and business transformation.
  • Translate strategic objectives into transformation roadmaps, delivery plans, governance models, KPIs, and delivery cadences.
  • Drive value realization by defining business outcomes, tracking ROI, and improving adoption and optimisation of hirify.global solutions.
  • Design and implement change strategies across people, process, and technology.
  • Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, resolving complex delivery challenges and aligning decision-makers.
  • Ensure alignment across the global VRS practice, product teams, and customer priorities while supporting commercial growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, CX, or contact centre transformation.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and digital technologies.
  • Experience in change management and adoption at scale.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed environments.
