Manager, Business Consulting, Value Realization Services (AI): Leading large-scale consulting engagements that deliver enterprise-wide transformation, customer experience improvement, and AI-driven value realization with an accent on sovereign cloud, data residency, regulatory alignment, and measurable ROI. Focus on designing transformation roadmaps, driving adoption and optimization, and solving complex delivery and stakeholder challenges across people, process, and technology.
Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week

What you will do
- Lead VRS consulting teams and manage large-scale engagements across customer experience, AI, workforce optimization, digital, and business transformation.
- Translate strategic objectives into transformation roadmaps, delivery plans, governance models, KPIs, and delivery cadences.
- Drive measurable value realization through business outcomes, ROI tracking, solution adoption, and optimization.
- Design change strategies across people, process, and technology while resolving complex delivery challenges.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders, lead strategic discussions, and align customers, product teams, and the global consulting practice.
- Design compliant cloud-based CX and AI architectures aligned with sovereign cloud, data residency, security, and regulatory requirements in Australia and APAC.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, customer experience, or contact centre transformation.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, digital technologies, change management, and adoption at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement and work across matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and advisory skills.
- Experience with sovereign cloud or regulated environments is preferred.
