What you will do

• Lead and manage VRS consulting teams ensuring high-quality delivery aligned to company methodology.
• Own end-to-end consulting engagements across CX, AI, workforce optimization, and digital transformation.
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Ensure solutions and architectures align with sovereign cloud, data residency, and APAC regulatory frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
• Drive measurable business outcomes and ROI leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, CX, or contact center transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Experience in change management and adoption at scale.
• Ability to operate effectively within global, matrixed environments.
