What you will do

• Perform complex data-driven analysis to support senior decision-making across the business.
• Develop strategic plans and identify profitable growth opportunities outside BAU.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify threats and new opportunities.
• Project manage specific workstreams and overall transaction processes.
• Coordinate and compile due diligence for potential investments and manage external advisors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity.
• Expertise in quantitative modelling and strategic problem-solving frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes.
• Superb written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence across an organization.
• Must be based in Sydney to support hybrid work requirements.
