Senior Strategy Associate (Retail)

What you will do

• Develop strategic plans and projects for the Group and its business units, focusing on profitable growth beyond business-as-usual activities.
• Perform complex, data-driven analysis and extract actionable insights for senior decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify threats and new business opportunities.
• Create written communication materials and present strategic insights across the business.
• Manage project, transaction, and workstream activities while coordinating stakeholders and advisors.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and support due diligence processes for potential investments.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a similar field.
• Experience managing projects, transaction processes, or workstreams.
• Experience in quantitative modelling and strategic problem-solving frameworks.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-performing team environment.
• Outstanding academic and social achievements.

Nice to have

• Consumer market or retail experience.
