What you will do

• Gather and analyze client census data, plan designs, and historical claims to prepare RFPs for renewals.
• Evaluate market proposals to verify premium rates and benefit competitiveness.
• Coordinate administrative installations and enrollment processes with insurance carriers.
• Act as a primary liaison to research and resolve coverage, claim, and administrative problems for clients.
• Maintain accurate client and carrier data within agency management systems.
• Prepare formal client presentations and coordinate materials for renewal meetings.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted State of California Life & Disability License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and benefits service, preferably at a brokerage or carrier.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating percentages and rate increases.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation for local travel.
