What you will do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive compensation research.
• Demonstrated familiarity with U.S. executive compensation issues and governance norms.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with compensation-related modeling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
