What you will do

• Build and maintain national analytical tools and pricing models for medical and pharmacy plans.
• Analyze cost drivers and prepare financial projections for clients.
• Quantify the financial impact of network or plan design changes.
• Translate complex clinical and actuarial data into actionable deliverables for account teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Benefit Advisors to develop strategic client approaches.
• Provide mentorship to actuarial analysts and support the Director of Actuarial Services in decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of actuarial experience with a healthcare and/or insurance focus.
• Completion of at least 4 SOA (Society of Actuaries) exam requirements.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and common data management applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Current Life & Health licensure or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Prior experience working with brokers.
