What you will do

• Perform balancing and reconciliation activities for operational transactions and cash flows.
• Manage SAP/TCC General Ledger entries and resolve suspense out-of-balances via root cause analysis.
• Execute monthly and quarterly close processes, including data quality checks and regulatory compliance.
• Provide oversight and guidance to offshore resources to ensure operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison to Corporate Finance and audit partners on complex financial matters.
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen financial controls and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• 3+ years of General Ledger (chart of accounts) knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience with transactional processing on insurance products.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects to ensure financial compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

• Strong technical proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS Access.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond immediate scope.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management.
