What you will do

• Learn and execute customer service workflows and best practices within the insurance industry.
• Route policy documents and client notices efficiently.
• Navigate insurance carrier websites to retrieve and verify necessary information.
• Follow up with carriers regarding pending policy coverage changes and cancellations.
• Review renewal policies and endorsements to ensure quality assurance.
• Obtain loss history and issue insurance certificates.

Requirements

• Must currently hold, or be able to obtain a Florida 4-40 license and/or 2-20 license within 90 days.
• College degree or a combination of education and comparable work experience preferred.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities and a high level of energy for computer-based assignments.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to following procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
