What you will do

• Use Eloqua to perform marketing audience segmentation for conference campaigns.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to track campaign efficacy.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and drive commercial outcomes.
• Ensure list building complies with privacy laws such as CASL and GDPR.
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to optimize lead acquisition and conversion strategies.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations to peer-and-mid-level clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in data segmentation, email marketing, and relational databases.
• At least 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• At least 1 year of experience with Power BI (or similar) and simple SQL queries.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC).

• Interest in applying AI-powered tools like NotebookLM or Copilot to marketing workflows.
