Salary: $145,000–$170,000 + equity

What you will do

• Architect the website strategy and quarterly roadmap, encompassing landing pages, CRO, SEO, and technical performance.
• Deploy AI-powered systems for personalization, content generation, and testing automation to optimize web experiences.
• Execute rigorous A/B tests and iterative experiments to optimize critical conversion metrics.
• Craft narratives and positioning that resonate with service business owners to drive customer activation.
• Lead cross-functional execution with designers, developers, and analytics teams across Product and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving growth at high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of implementing AI-powered workflows for personalization, content generation, or experimentation.
• Deep fluency in conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and experimentation design.
• Proficiency with website analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and modern CMS like Webflow.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to handle front-end adjustments independently.
• Must be commutable to the New York City headquarters for a hybrid work arrangement.
