Line Product Engineer (Electrification)

Location: Frosinone, Italy; onsite

Minimum annual salary: €36,000 plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, cycle times, and materials to support quality, efficiency, cost, safety, and production targets.
• Define the working-phase sequence for new production processes within product-cost and equipment-investment budgets.
• Lead product lifecycle projects after sales release, coordinating multi-location and cross-functional teams, schedules, costs, work packages, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage product changes and customizations through the hirify.global gate model in collaboration with agile teams, operations, sales, and business units.
• Transfer new products from development to operations with drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, spare-parts lists, and product manuals.
• Manage customer requirements, change requests, expectations, and satisfaction throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Engagement in industrialization processes in the electrification market.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and professional project-management skills.
