What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment to improve quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Define working phase sequences for new production processes to meet cost and investment targets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams throughout the product life cycle.
• Manage product changes and customizations according to the internal gate model.
• Transfer new products from development to operations, including all technical documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and interdependencies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience in industrialization processes within the electrification market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
