Salary: €50,000–€68,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the test department’s operations for medium-power transformers.
• Plan and implement transformer tests in line with company objectives and applicable regulations.
• Manage testing logistics, including equipment certification, maintenance, upgrades, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while delivering accurate and timely test results.
• Investigate test issues, collaborate with engineering, and report findings to management.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, investment planning, and maintenance of the Test Field.

Requirements

• Academic background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience testing high-voltage electrical equipment, especially power transformers.
• Expertise in product testing within heavy electrical manufacturing, including circuit breakers, bushings, and electrical power testing equipment.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, customer focus, and deadline management skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English and business-level Italian are required.
