Location: Darmstadt, Germany. Hybrid (up to 50% remote work allowed)

What you will do

• Support personnel administration, including documentation and employee records management.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and statistics.
• Participate in HR projects and support the optimization of HR processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field (minimum third semester completed).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Structured, accurate, and independent approach to work.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Darmstadt, Germany.

• Initial experience in Human Resources.
