Salary: $32.00 – $35.00/hour

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and multi-channel outreach.
- Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts to prevent churn and reinforce value.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to analyze industry trends and uncover high-potential leads.
- Cultivate trust with potential clients, specifically focusing on the needs of servicers.
- Maintain data integrity and track all activities within Salesforce.
- Provide market feedback to sales and marketing teams to refine strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Phoenix, Coppell, or Charlotte
- 1-3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume outbound activity.
- Ability to work overtime when needed and maintain a shift between 7am-7pm.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Foundational understanding of the pool and spa industry.
