Location: Must be based in or near Phoenix, Coppell, or Charlotte

Salary: $32.00 – $35.00/hour

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and multi-channel outreach.
  • Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts to prevent churn and reinforce value.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to analyze industry trends and uncover high-potential leads.
  • Cultivate trust with potential clients, specifically focusing on the needs of servicers.
  • Maintain data integrity and track all activities within Salesforce.
  • Provide market feedback to sales and marketing teams to refine strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Phoenix, Coppell, or Charlotte
  • 1-3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume outbound activity.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed and maintain a shift between 7am-7pm.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Foundational understanding of the pool and spa industry.
