TL;DR
Senior Product Project Manager (Consumer Electronics, R&D): Lead end-to-end product innovation projects from planning through launch and post-launch handover with an accent on delivery on time, within budget, and at targeted quality level. Location: Remote, Türkiye (based in Istanbul)

What you will do
- Lead the project team end-to-end for an innovation/NPI project: planning, execution, monitoring, and completion through 6/8 months post NPI launch.
- Own project outputs and documentation; report project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch until official handover to the LCM team.
- Run regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned to continuously improve delivery.
- Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues (by design).
- Maintain accountability and transparency across the functional project team during lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in project management and product development/product innovation & launch and/or NPI.
- Experience in small domestic appliances/consumer electronics (or related industries such as smart appliances, IoT connectivity, Industry 4.0, and/or manufacturing).
- Proven ability to lead complex innovation/NPI projects in a multinational environment.
- Strong skills in planning, risk management, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Ability to independently lead and rally cross-functional teams toward common objectives.

- PMP certification.
- Experience working with teams in China and managing cross-regional collaboration.
