What you will do

• Create and maintain project charters, schedules, and milestones for technical implementations.
• Lead project kickoff calls to define scope, deliverables, and communication plans.
• Manage complex technical projects including database mergers, migrations, and EMR integrations.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations teams to deliver specialized solutions.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary technical implementation contact for complex client engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong relationship-building and influence skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry
• Experience with software implementation
• Knowledge of Nextech’s main medical specialties
