What you will do

• Define and execute strategies for HR service delivery optimization, focusing on process simplification and restructuring.
• Lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation, ensuring security, scalability, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance partners to define technical needs and develop product optimization roadmaps.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across complex project streams.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to provide executive summaries and actionable insights on program health.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure efficient delivery of HR technology outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of program management experience leading complex projects in the HR space.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting) is required.
• Proven track record in multi-team project delivery and support.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Excel.

Nice to have

• PMP or Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience with MS Project and Visio.
