What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management of complex, cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring technical soundness and security.
• Partner with Consulting, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute AI-driven GTM initiatives and accelerate revenue growth.
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible use, compliance, and risk accountability.
• Lead AI-powered productivity initiatives to reduce operational friction and automate manual workflows.
• Maintain stakeholder communication frameworks and executive-level reporting for program health.
• Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies for AI tools across the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program or project management experience delivering large-scale technology programs.
• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, architectures, and current industry trends.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling such as OpenAI, Claude, and Glean.
• Proven experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) program management and operationalizing AI governance.
• Must be based in the USA (evidenced by US-specific benefits and E-Verify requirements).
• Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or AI-related compliance standards.
