Salary: $177,000 – $237,000

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical program management for critical cloud infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and ensuring accountability.
• Facilitate technical discussions to align infrastructure goals with business objectives.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools.
• U.S. person status required for export control compliance (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Master's or advanced technical degree.
• Familiarity with networking, storage, and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Experience driving DevOps initiatives, improving deployment pipelines, and system reliability.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
