• Drive program strategy and execution by translating concepts into project charters, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery.
• Navigate ambiguity in chaotic situations by identifying gaps and creating structure.
• Connect People team with broader business, aligning stakeholders and flagging risks.
• Master change management with communication plans and adoption strategies for distributed workforce.
• Continuously improve processes while delivering programs.
• Remove blockers, streamline processes, and make teams more effective.

Requirements

• Proven program fluency with 4+ years managing complex programs in high-growth, consulting, or large organizations
• High agency, accountability, and ability to drive projects independently
• Strong communication skills for strategy discussions and clear narratives
• Tech savviness with project tools like Monday.com, Jira; data-driven decisions; HR systems bonus
