What you will do
- Own demand generation strategy for Spain, with supporting programs for Italy.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, webinars, events, partners) to generate qualified pipeline.
- Partner with regional sales teams on territory and account plans, and drive awareness for tax and compliance solutions in Southern Europe.
- Manage localization strategy for Spain and Italy across campaigns, website, and customer communications, ensuring messaging matches local tax terminology and compliance frameworks.
- Lead regional PR and communications efforts for Spain, managing PR agencies and relationships with Spanish/Italian media, analysts, and industry bodies.
- Track performance and pipeline contribution using Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation; report campaign performance and regional insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing in SaaS, FinTech, tax, compliance, or other regulated industries.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; fluency in Italian is beneficial.
- Experience managing regional marketing end-to-end, including localization, website, and PR.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce (SFDC) and tools such as Marketo and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Data analysis and reporting experience, including Power BI (or equivalent) to track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Comfort working in regulatory environments and translating complex topics into compelling marketing messages.
