What you will do

  • Own demand generation strategy for Spain, with supporting programs for Italy.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, webinars, events, partners) to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with regional sales teams on territory and account plans, and drive awareness for tax and compliance solutions in Southern Europe.
  • Manage localization strategy for Spain and Italy across campaigns, website, and customer communications, ensuring messaging matches local tax terminology and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead regional PR and communications efforts for Spain, managing PR agencies and relationships with Spanish/Italian media, analysts, and industry bodies.
  • Track performance and pipeline contribution using Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation; report campaign performance and regional insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing in SaaS, FinTech, tax, compliance, or other regulated industries.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; fluency in Italian is beneficial.
  • Experience managing regional marketing end-to-end, including localization, website, and PR.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce (SFDC) and tools such as Marketo and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience, including Power BI (or equivalent) to track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Comfort working in regulatory environments and translating complex topics into compelling marketing messages.
