Senior Marketing Manager (B2B): Own a holistic demand generation and lead-quality marketing strategy for the DACH region, managing multi-stage campaigns from concept to performance monitoring with an accent on data-driven, user-centric execution and revenue impact. What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and continuously optimize a one- to multi-year demand generation marketing strategy aligned with executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic lead generation in close collaboration with sales leaders across markets, covering the full funnel and improving lead quality and quantity.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with performance analysis and ongoing fine-tuning against success metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to evolve the marketing strategy with regional/local product management and local sales teams.
  • Manage external agencies and service providers, and shape processes, content creation, and event planning.
  • Use and further develop MarTech platforms (Eloqua and Salesforce) and lead one team member through coaching, development, and performance management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with KPIs and demonstrated individual impact.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools; Salesforce and Eloqua experience is required (Eloqua/Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, including mentoring/coaching and motivating colleagues.
  • Experience in tech marketing or data-driven business models and working in complex matrix organizations.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken) for regular collaboration with international colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills with assertiveness, plus a structured working style focused on processes, KPIs, and priorities.
